Library cards are free. Adults and youth 14-17 yrs. old must fill out the library card application (available at circulation desk) and provide proof of address. They must bring a document with their current address such as driver's license, phone bill, lease agreement, etc. which shows their current address. Children 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian in order to get a library card. The procedure is the same as above --the parent must fill out the application and provide a proof of address.

Everyone who signs up for a library card will receive a FREE BOOK from the VLP!
