Join us as Jack Burkert, local historian, graduate of the university of Maryland, speaker at numerous venues in the region, and author of the popular book, Twentieth Century Baltimore, will offer highlights of Baltimore’s 20th Century history through both readings from his text as well as an informative lecture program.

2ND WEDNESDAYS IS A FREE MONTHLY CULTURAL SERIES OF TALKS, PRESENTATIONS, AND CONCERTS AT THE VILLAGE LEARNING PLACE.
